Shipping Time
We process orders within 2 business days, unless it’s a preorder item. Holiday deliveries may be delayed slightly.
Preorders
You will receive an email with your estimated shipping time (usually 2 weeks). Please plan your schedule ahead before placing a big preorder.
If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your total order.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything ships together when available.
Order Change / Cancellation
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us ASAP at info@snuggleflame.com.

Lost Package
Once we hand over packages to the shipping company, delivery is their responsibility. If tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, email us and we’ll start an insurance claim.
Where We Ship From
All packages ship from Canada.
Customs & Duties
All shipments are delivery duty unpaid (DDU). Customs fees, or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damages / Accidents
If your item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please:
Contact us within 2 business days.
Save packaging for inspection.
Send us clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
